About FinSmart Studio.

FinSmart Studio is a free browser-based tool operated by Jisung Kim as part of the WEBBE-B network. It brings compound growth, loan repayment, simple savings-interest and withdrawal-rate scenarios into one focused interface.

What the site provides

The calculators apply user-entered principal, contribution, rate, term, spending and withdrawal assumptions to published formulas. Core calculations run in the browser.

What the site does not provide

FinSmart does not provide live exchange rates, product comparisons, market forecasts, investment recommendations, tax filing calculations, credit decisions, loan approval estimates or guaranteed returns.

Currency display

USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and KRW options change number formatting, symbols and example defaults. They do not convert existing amounts or call an exchange-rate API.

Operator and expertise boundary

Jisung Kim is an independent maker, not a bank, investment adviser, tax professional or loan broker. The site's expertise is limited to implementing general formulas, testing boundary cases and documenting assumptions and exclusions.

Production disclosure

AI tools may assist with code drafts, wording and test-case expansion. Published calculations, limitations and corrections are reviewed by the operator.
